Tom Ramundo accepts awards from Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR)

NECI President Tom Ramundo accepted the "Patriotic Award" and "Above and Beyond" Awards from Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR). Tom Ramundo was nominated for the two awards by NECI's Safety Leader Joel Simpson. The ESGR awards the "Above and Beyond Award" to employers who provide additional non-mandated benefits to their Guard and Reserve employees. The "Patriot Award" is nominated to individual supervisors and bosses who provide support to the nominating Service member and his or her family.
