NECI Announces Events to Celebrate the Opening of Its Newly Opened Portsmouth, New Hampshire Office
A ribbon cutting, customer open house, and recruitment open house will take place over the next month and a half to celebrate the new office
MANSFIELD, MA (September 4, 2019) – NECI (formerly New England Controls) announced today that a ribbon cutting will take place on Thursday, September 5th, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at its newest engineering office, located at 200 International Drive, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The new office supports advanced engineering programs for the process and hybrid industries. A temporary office had been running at oHive on Fleet Street in Portsmouth since January. To-date, seven professionals have been hired to staff the new facility, and NECI hopes to hire about 30 more by the end of 2020 in key roles, including engineers, solution architects, customer success managers, and account executives.
In addition to the ribbon cutting, NECI is also hosting a customer open house on October 16th, 2019 from 4:00 pm-7:00 pm, as well as a recruitment open house on October 17th, 2019, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Headquartered in Mansfield, Massachusetts, NECI also has offices in Bangor, Maine and Cromwell, Connecticut. The Portsmouth-based office is strategically significant and will enable NECI to deliver more local support for their clients in the North Shore region and throughout New Hampshire and southern Maine.
This level of growth for NECI is driven by the industrial internet of things, which includes connected services, integrated devices and analytics. NECI believes a high level of robust growth will continue for the foreseeable future, especially as opportunities for intelligent manufacturing and an on-demand service models continue to drive the current industrial transformation.
